It includes several disciplines:

  • CRM (email, SMS, and app messaging…even sum forms of targeted advertising)
  • Guest services/relations
  • Loyalty programs, loyalty marketing
  • Season Pass, Subscription, Membership programs

Some might say it also includes the experience guests have at your venue.
