The 3rd annual State of In-Housing survey from Bannerflow shows that companies continue to grow their in-house digital marketing capabilities and teams. Almost half of the respondents increased the size of their teams, largely because agencies have become more inflexible in their fees and an increase in demand for content. Respondents say that in-housing has made them more innovative, and that they are able to produce a wider variety of content. 53% of respondents say they don’t use agencies for any of their digital marketing.
